Stefano has changed my perspective on creativity; I used to think creativity was reserved for the arts BUT NOW I use my creative thinking on a daily basis... AND I'm a food scientist!

I've learned a lot from Stefano over the years and after every conversation I have new-found energy... He's inspires me to use my imagination and builds my creative confidence to think outside of the box when problem solving or anything else that I do.
